Mike Robson acted for us on the sale of our double bay villa in Mt Eden in what was a pretty depressed market. So Mike and his team had to stick it out, taking the house to Auction first, then relisting the property with a price, then switching to a short-term tender process. This last tactic worked and yielded a few serious offers and a successful sale. Thanks to the flat market Mike and his team had to do a lot of work to secure a successful sale at a respectable price for us. Mike kept us well informed and educated along the way and even ended up doing a fair bit of yard work leading up to open days and viewings as we had already vacated the property. So he definitely went above and beyond.
